Infrared Sauna & Red Light Therapy

During your infrared sauna and red light therapy session, light is used to create deeply penetrating heat which detoxifies the body at the cellular level while offering pain relief for sore muscles, skin rejuvenation, improved sleep and stress management, and improved circulation.
Guests are offered a towel wrap and encouraged to wear fitness attire during their session. A liability waiver is required prior to your session as the infrared sauna is not suitable for those with pacemakers and/or other electrical implants, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those with bleeding disorders, high blood pressure, or other cardiovascular problems, or those with a history of seizures or heat sensitivity.
